To put it lightly, I’ve had a stressful year. My doctor prescribed regular exercise and my therapist told me I need to find a deep release. I’ve seen a couple different personal training managers, but they can’t focus on my resistance training or cardio intervals because they keep checking themselves out in the mirror.

I was just about fed up when a friend told me about The Black Death Workout. Now I too can Harness the Darkness™, and what’s best is – I can do it from my very own home!
